FAQs

Do I need any prior experience?

It's been proven that a lack of formal legal training means a faster start. Maintaining an open mind is most important.

Do I have to repay a scholarship?

Normally a scholarship is what they call 'free money' and does not have to be repaid. Same thing here. No money need be repaid. However, we do request a plan for you to pay it forward somehow, someway.

Does this course really work?

The common law has been around longer than every nation currently standing, including the United States of America or any of the 50 States of Union. See the thoughts of Cicero on this.

What are the thoughts of Cicero on this?

“Wise men are instructed by reason, men of less understanding by experience, the most ignorant by necessity, and the beast by nature.” —Letters to Atticus from Marcus Tullius Cicero

What will I be able to do after the course?

Foundations 101 course will do everything claimed on this site or your money back. The primary goal is to STAY OUT OF INFERIOR COURTS (all government actions are in inferior courts). When needed, you know how to call for and operate in a superior court.

The Foundations 101 course is really all you need on your own, unless you'd like more detailed and guided assistance. Everyone is different. At times we did; we get it.

Court University offers law courses, coaching and assistance of counsel programs, ranging from a few thousand dollars to a couple hundred thousand dollars, depending on your situation and our time required. Book a call with us for more information.

Get more details only on what you need to or want to. We encourage a go at your own pace approach to law.

How long does the Foundations 101 course take to complete?

It's subjective. The whole thing is less than 3 hours total lecture time but everyone is different. I personally ran over the Foundations 101 many times but that's just me. My youngest son at 18 years old, absorbed it in a day. That's why we made everything into mini audio lectures. Go at your own pace.

Can I still ask questions even if I only do the Foundations 101 course?

Absolutely! And please do. We got your back. You are part of a community of self-governed. In fact, the best asked questions are rewarded with free courses. Be succinct and clear and fire away. Please bar testimony.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, our little system made one but who cares. At the end, we feel sincerely that anyone can achieve the equivalent of an LL.M. degree and then some. This is high level judiciary stuff not taught to lawyers for a reason.

Is there mentorship or feedback?

Ideally that is always the goal. True apprenticeships and a pay it forward system.

Can I access the materials after finishing the course?

"Always and forever." You'll also get all the digital files in .zip format to have and share anywhere. And if you lose it, just come back. We ain't goin' no where...

Why are you a 'patriot for profit' and charge for this?

It's simple. For most, free is worthless. We don't need your money; we need your attention. If that means charging you more or charging you less, we are willing to accommodate.

BOTTOM LINE: if we think you deserve it, and that you can mentally handle it, and you think you are capable of executing it and paying it forward, you can give us $1 and never more. See the thoughts of Cicero on this above.
